District Deputy Grand Master, Matthew B. Winters, presided over his last official visit in District 18 at Tampa Bay Lodge No. 252 in Safety Harbor this past Tuesday evening. His committeemen presented him a gift as recognition of his dedication to the fraternity. A great evening of fellowship was enjoyed by all in attendance.
